as the impending and utterly dreadful mid-year ala sure-fail exams draw nearer, im here once again in bintan, this time with a bigger troupe of people. my parents,2 brothers,sarah and my brother's girlfriend.

the weather's better, though i came here feeling really awful, having taken ill since sunday. its like a burning fever coupled with a really bad throat and topped with a heavy throbbing migraine. ahh a perfect way to come on my family vacation. haha. i recovered pretty soon though, with the help of aspirins, panadol, sleeping almost nude in an air-conditioned room without any comforter, and a few gallons of water.haha.

fast forward to bintan. we're enjoying it tremendously here, i mean, how can yu not with the sun, sand and surf? we're staying at mayang sari this time though, a beach resort with the beach really at yur doorstep. like step out onto the veranda, walk 20 steps and tadaa! soft smooth sand and the sea, 5 steps further.

bintan's damn nice la! shall upload some pics here soon. in the meantime, read off sarah's blog to see a glimpse of the beach i've been harping about. taa!
